Berthe Aux Grands Pieds fancy knee-highs in jersey with colored heel and toe, in colored silk of selected quality and certified origin.

Silk brings a unique comfort to this model: it is said to be air-conditioned, these knee-highs are cool and light in summer and warm in winter. A true technical success, they are flexible, the mesh is full and creamy.

They are fully vanized with Lycra and knitted specifically with a non-compressing ribbed edge and will be perfectly adjusted to your legs without compressing them. The closure of these knee-highs is fine and extremely neat: they are hand-meshed without sewing. Their heels and toes are reinforced with an additional very resistant thread for greater strength and durability.

The Berthe Aux Grands Pieds knee-highs benefit from all the expertise of the Perrin hosiery factory: the knit is perfectly adjusted between the calf and the ankle, thanks to a specific knitting method called progressive knitting.

Silk is very sensitive to friction, the heels are reinforced to avoid any contact of the silk with the counter of the shoe. Vertical stripes worked in a honeycomb pattern add transparency to this model.
