Silk is a fantastic material with incomparable comfort: a so-called air-conditioning material, these silk socks are cool and light in summer and warm when worn in winter.

Entirely vanized with Lycra, they are flexible, the mesh is full and creamy. They are knitted specifically with a non-compressing ribbed edge and will adjust to your legs. You can wear this timeless model in all circumstances, whatever the season.

The result of centuries-old know-how, these Berthe Aux Grands Pieds black silk high socks are hand-meshed: their closure is thus made without stitching. The addition of an additional reinforcement thread at the heels and carmine red toes considerably increases their strength and lifespan.

The silk used being extremely fine and sensitive to friction, the heel tops are reinforced to avoid any contact of the silk with the counter of the shoe. These high socks are knitted in a progressive tight, the mesh is thus perfectly adjusted between the calf and the ankle.
