Berthe Aux Grands Pieds plain knit socks made from very high quality, controlled origin silk. They are specifically knitted with a non-constricting ribbed cuff to fit your legs in all circumstances.
Fantastically, silk is a so-called climate-regulating material: the socks are cool and light in summer and warm in winter. Fully Lycra-vanised, they are supple and particularly comfortable. The knit is full, substantial and smooth.
Hand-linked seamlessly, this finish is particularly neat and offers additional comfort when worn. The black heel and toe are reinforced with a very strong foamed Nylon thread, thus ensuring a durable product and significantly increasing its longevity.
As the silk used is a material particularly sensitive to friction, the heel tops are reinforced, thus preventing any contact with the shoe's counter.
These men's knee-high socks are knitted with progressive tension, so the knit is perfectly adjusted between the top of the calf and the ankle.
