Navy silk socks

Berthe Aux Grands Pieds socks, made from selected quality colored silk of certified origin, with a shaft height of up to mid-calf.

They are entirely woven with Lycra and knitted with a non-compressing ribbed edge for a perfect fit on the leg without compression. Silk brings a unique comfort to this model: it is said to be air-conditioned, the socks are cool and light in summer and warm in winter.

A true technical success, these socks are supple, the knit is full and smooth. Berthe Aux Grands Pieds silk socks benefit from a fine and neat closure: they are hand-knitted without sewing. The addition of an additional reinforcement thread at the heel and toe significantly increases their strength and considerably increases their lifespan.

Silk is very sensitive to friction, so the heels are reinforced to prevent any contact between the silk and the heel counter of the shoe.

Vertical stripes worked in a honeycomb pattern add transparency to this model. Silk inscribed at the end of the foot.
