Commemorative Socks for the 80th Anniversary of the Normandy Landings
Description
A creative tribute to the courage and sacrifice of the men and women who took part in the Normandy Landings...
In 2024, Normandy commemorates the 80th anniversary of the D-Day Landings and the Battle of Normandy, a historic event.
In honor of this major anniversary, the Normandy Region has created a logo available to all "ambassadors" who wish to associate themselves with the 80th Anniversary events.
This sock will allow veterans, their families and descendants, as well as all those who are grateful to those who sacrificed for our freedoms, to take home a souvenir of these commemorations and to keep the flame of their memory alive by wearing them day after day.
Exclusively French savoir-faire
These socks are knitted from 80% combed cotton, blended with polyamide and elastane. This composition makes for a robust and comfortable sock. The heels and toes are reinforced with an extra polyamide thread, thus increasing resistance to friction in the shoe. The toe seam is extra-fine and therefore imperceptible for greater comfort. The elasticated cuff is soft and non-constricting. Our socks are knitted entirely in our workshops, in Montceau-les-Mines (71). D-DAY sock care instructions
Our products are finely made, and special care should be given to them. We advise you to always machine wash them inside out at a maximum of 30°C. Dry cleaning, tumble drying, and bleaching are forbidden!
