Manufacture Perrin signs the anonymity socks for the first Mâcon Great Wines of the World Competition
Manufacture Perrin, a company certified as a "Living Heritage Company" (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) and established in Montceau-les-Mines (Saône-et-Loire) since 1924, had the privilege of producing the anonymity socks that will be used for the blind tastings of the first Mâcon World's Best Wines Competition.
Organized by the Mâcon Trade Fairs and Competitions Committee, this major event brings together an international jury of wine professionals and experts to rigorously and impartially evaluate the world's best wines.
The anonymity socks, custom-designed by our teams, dress each bottle to guarantee the neutrality of the tastings while showcasing French textile expertise.
A collaboration rooted in terroir and excellence
This partnership symbolizes the meeting of two exceptional heritages: wine and textiles, united by common values of precision, authenticity, and artisanal excellence.
Through this collaboration, Manufacture Perrin reaffirms its attachment to Burgundy, a land of traditions and innovation, and its constant commitment to the promotion of Made in France.
We extend our warmest thanks to the Mâcon Trade Fairs and Competitions Committee, and especially to Ms. Raphaële Mercier, for her trust.
Bottle covers also available for enthusiasts
While the Competition's anonymity socks were specially created for the event, Manufacture Perrin also offers two models of elegant and reusable bottle covers, made in France, on its website.
An original and responsible gift idea, ideal for dressing up your bottles for a dinner, a tasting with friends, or for elegantly presenting a bottle.
Discover them in our stores and on our website: Textile bottle covers.
